Part Time – Mortgage Consultant
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least SPM , diploma or degree
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Highly mobile and possess own transport
* Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly sales target driven and results oriented
* Positive mindset, good teamplayer, desire to be a professional and willing to learn
* To promote and professionally sell the full range of financial services products to potential customers through aggressisve marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
* Identifying and acquiring new mortgage business to the Bank from primary and secondary market
* Meeting and exceeding the sales target by the Bank
* Soliciting mortgage business referred by lawyers real estate agents, housing developers and valuers
* Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationship and close contacts with business counterparts for referrals
* Ensuring compliance and consistency with internal bank Bank’s policy
* Attend to customer inquiries and follow up on mortgage loan application and documentation
